| I wanted to thank you for your extra effort the last 2 1/2 weeks in getting Phoenix project balanced and ready to turnover to the client. There was significantly more to it than adjusting dampers and CFM. I don't think the project would have been complete on time without you going above and beyond replacing poorly installed and incorrect ductwork, installing duct heaters and door sweeps, and fixing lay-in ceiling clips, just off the top of my head. The project's success is going to be measured by the results of the smoke study in the Filler Room which preliminary looked great.
